Case Study:  Cavalier Bremworth

Cavalier Bremworth is New Zealand's foremost carpet manufacturer, manufacturing high quality wool carpet in New Zealand, exporting to Australia, Asia, Europe and the US.  The manufacturing facility in Auckland uses state of the art equipment and practices and has the Environmental Choice of NZ "tick".

Cavalier Bremworth processes yarn into carpet which is transported from their yarn plants in Wanganui and Hawkes Bay.  Traditionally yarn has been transported in polypropylene bags.  With a view to improving truck capacity and reducing damage Cavalier's management sought alternative ideas from packaging companies, eventually settling on Rotaform's Rhino Rotacrate.

The Rhino Rotacrate has performed exceptionally since 2002 providing a quick return on investment by significantly increasing truck capacity while making better use of limited warehouse space and reducing damage.
